The “Evangelical Holiness Community” (CES) Ministry Declaration. CES was born November 23-24, 2007 in the city of Atlanta, Georgia by four organizations. Under the vision and auspices of World Gospel Mission with headquarters in Marion, IN, The Sanctified Church/Amistad y Vida with offices in Louisville, KY, Evangelical Holiness Church of Honduras with headquarters in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and the Holiness Missionary Agency for Latin America with missionaries representation in Honduras, México, Bolivia, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Argentina y Paraguay. These four organizations have historically been sister organizations and have united their human resources, economic and technical support to develop important ministries in Latin America since 1944. C E S exists with the purpose of reaching the Hispanic population in the United States and Canada for Jesus Christ, with the following regulations:
1. Establish local churches and give legal and administrative coverage to the churches already established.
2. The theological and doctrinal orientation will be Wesleyan-Arminian, with emphasis on the preaching of Entire Sanctification as a second work of grace.
3. Seek and train leaders and pastors for these churches.
4. Promote the missionary vision and send out missionaries.
5. Open the opportunity to other like-minded groups to become part of C E S, as long as they have fulfilled the requirements of this Constitution.
