SENIOR PASTOR

Pastor Keith Devon Garvin-Howell is a dynamic Gospel preacher from Jersey City, NJ, known for his eloquent public speaking, strong leadership, and exceptional moral character. With a passion for excellence, he has dedicated his life to ministry, believing that achieving greatness is always within reach. He began preaching at age 5, was licensed in 2008, and ordained in 2014 by his grandfather, Bishop Dr. Tommie Howell, Jr.

Pastor Garvin-Howell holds a Doctorate of Ministry and works as a Regional Clinical Chaplain with Compassionate Care Hospice, also pursuing certification in Clinical Pastoral Education. He leads several organizations, including KGH Enterprises, LLC, Coalition Impact Clergy, Inc., and The Koinonia Network of Churches, Ministries, and Businesses, Inc. His ministry has taken him across the country, and he was appointed Senior Pastor of The Sanctified Church of Jersey City in 2021, officially installed in 2022.

Known for his evangelistic and prophetic preaching, Pastor Garvin-Howell has positively impacted many lives through his messages, resulting in numerous salvations, healings, and transformations. Pastor Garvin-Howell married Evangelist Kayla Garvin-Howell in 2024, and they have one daughter, Parker Monai.
